When all clubs are in the same boat then the figures might decrease but the volume of transfer activity won't. Values have always, and still will be, dictated by the demand for a player.
We would be better off leaving Anderson there while they're paying a big chunk of his wages but trying hard to organise a loan elsewhere where he gets more playing time.
If we have to compromise on some of the wage contribution that could be a gamble worth taking if we can recoup a few million more on a transfer in the summer.

The owners will tow the COVID line but we got rid of:
Carroll, Hernandez, Perez, Arnie
and replaced them with haller and Ajeti before we even knew what COVID was.

Along with yarmo and lanzini it will just be about getting the wages off the books
COVID is playing havoc with finances of clubs and this summer is going to be a very low transfer spend all round

It's utterly laughable that some here still think this fella could offer us something. Just go and watch Cricket or Rugby, ffs.

Haha, you really think Moyes will give Anderson another chance to prove himself? Deluded!
Moyes will bomb out this Brazilian, fancy dan, bottle job fraud of a player this summer and rightly so. He is the epitome of the type of player that stands for everything Moyes is about and trying to build.
An absolute shambles of a signing by Sullivan and Pellegrini alongside Haller.

Strangest signing we’ve had for a while I think. No one actually knows what’s wrong with him. Even when he said goodbye to the fans he seemed like a nice normal guy. I’ve never heard of any family problems or whatever to explain it.
The funny thing is that it’s easier to come into a team that’s doing well. He has the talent. Just doesn’t seem bothered. It’s like he’s done a Gareth Bale and just wants to collect a cheque and play golf or something.
Why has no one interviewed him?

Problem is I don’t see the David’s bringing in enough players if the likes of yarmalenko are still on the books.
His wages are more than Rice, Soucek and Coufal combined.
It’s a piss take.

Worst case Yarm and Anderson's contracts are up summer 22, Lanzini's the following summer.

We have a thin squad yet we have players like
Anderson, yarmalenko, lanzini and Reid earning big money and not contributing enough.
Would do well to find new homes for them this summer.

Shit useless keyyunt cant get in a champions league side
Hardly surprising is it, this was always going to end in tears. I reckon Porto were the only mugs willing to take him for a season and pay his wages so we ripped their arm off. Long term however we're fucked as we'll do well to get £10M for him now

I doubt this cunt even knows what the year is. We have probably done every penny on this (whatever he is) would be a miracle now to get 5 mil for him.

Maybe he will have a long hard look at himself over the summer and train with us next year with the effort we need
If he doesn't change then we clearly need to get him off the wage bill along with Yarma so we can get some fresh english / championship blood in
Maybe a China / UAE job could help us out

On the Porto bench tonight Vs Juve.
Needless to say he didn't get on despite 5 of the 9 subs being used, one of whom was the 18YO son of the manager.
This loan has been nothing short of a disaster for Anderson and West Ham. He really has no value at all.

I do seem to remember that first half at Palace where he looked a real player. He's finished here though, clearly. Just hope we can get back 10 mil or so but I can't even see anyone paying that for him.
